怎样控制并条工序质量？

并条工序是维持纤维质量相同、优化纤维结构、提高棉条中纤维“三度”的关键工序，要想更好地实施质量和成本控制，必须熟悉并掌握并条工序的质量控制要点。

那么该如何控制并条工序质量呢？

（1）喂入并条机中的生条根数和成份需要正确，尽量避免多一根或少一根的情况，当发现条子粗细不同时，需要取出取净，以防止成纱重量不匀，质量不佳。

（2）设定正确参数，确定好并合根数，以及如何进行牵伸分配，将带有弯钩的纤维伸直，以使纤维的伸直度、平行度、分离度达到标准。

（3）在实际生产过程中，表面出现缠花衣、皮辊损伤现象的罗拉和皮辊不能使用，否则会产生许多粗节纱疵，增加断头。

（4）棉条的产量和质量和出条速度有关，工艺一旦确定，车间私自改动会出现严重后果；满桶定长要根据原料和定量合理确定，不要纺的过满，以免条子之间互相粘连，摩擦发毛。

（5）并条机上各道皮辊直径与并条机的机型有关，要防止重大错支质量事故、条干不良事故的发生，需要用不同颜色区分皮辊，避免皮辊用错。

（6）喇叭口作为棉条的重要通道，对棉条的成型质量有着至关重要的作用，同台车、同品种的规格必须一致，以免对棉条质量造成影响。同时喇叭口眼要避免造成损伤，否则会使棉条出现许多毛条子，乱纤维。

（7）摆放机后棉条桶也要注意，需要按照定位要求摆放，避免对棉条质量造成影响。

（8）如果压力棒反装或棉条在压力棒上面（下压型），可能会使条子出现严重疵点，棉条条干也会严重恶化，需要避免这种情况的发生。

（9）想要降低人为疵点，必须建立整桶集体换段的无接头操作方法。
